We do not currently use one customer’s private business strategies, prompts, notes, or generated lead collections to create private lead lists for unrelated customers.
The same public information may independently appear in results for multiple users when it is relevant to their separate search criteria.
5. Artificial Intelligence Processing
Queravo uses artificial intelligence services provided by OpenAI.
When you use an artificial intelligence feature, some or all of the following may be transmitted to OpenAI for processing:
- Your prompt;
- Relevant account or preference information;
- Your business or lead-generation strategy;
- Public lead information;
- Supporting excerpts or search results;
- Uploaded or entered content; and
- Prior messages or generated results needed to provide context.
OpenAI processes this information under its own applicable terms, policies, technical configurations, and data controls. Those practices may change over time.
WO Town does not use customer content to train a separate shared Queravo artificial intelligence model.
OpenAI currently states that information submitted through its application programming interface is not used to train or improve OpenAI models by default unless the customer expressly opts in to data sharing. However, information may be retained or reviewed by OpenAI for limited periods or purposes, such as abuse prevention, service operation, legal compliance, or the operation of particular API features.
WO Town has not implemented a special zero-data-retention configuration for Queravo.
Authorized WO Town personnel may review prompts, inputs, public lead information, generated results, or related records when reasonably necessary to:
- Provide support;
- Investigate errors;
- Evaluate result quality;
- Improve Queravo’s workflows;
- Investigate misuse;
- Protect the security of the Services; or
- Comply with legal obligations.
Human review does not guarantee that any information or output is accurate.
Do not submit confidential, regulated, sensitive, or personal information unless it is reasonably necessary for your authorized use of Queravo and you have the right to provide it.
6. Aggregated and De-Identified Information
We may aggregate or de-identify information so that it no longer reasonably identifies a particular individual or customer.
We may use aggregated or de-identified information to:
- Analyze service usage;
- Measure application performance;
- Improve features;
- Understand general lead-generation patterns;
- Develop service statistics;
- Troubleshoot technical problems; and
- Plan product improvements.
Any customer-facing aggregation is intended for the user or organization for whom it was generated.
We will not attempt to re-identify information that we maintain in a de-identified form except as permitted by law, such as to test whether our de-identification measures are effective.

Queravo does not currently use advertising cookies or retargeting pixels.
Some privacy laws define “sale,” “sharing,” or “targeted advertising” broadly. Users may contact us at wotownllc@gmail.com with questions about these practices or to exercise applicable rights.

When information is no longer reasonably needed, we may delete, anonymize, or aggregate it.
Deleted information may remain temporarily in backups, security records, logs, or disaster-recovery systems until those records are overwritten or deleted through ordinary retention cycles.

Certain information may be retained when permitted or required by law, including for security, fraud prevention, accounting, legal compliance, or dispute resolution.
12. Lead-Subject Requests
